here's what we did

The view of the ocean doesn’t get much better than the one from their balcony. We nearly gutted this condo that had no updates since being built in the 70’s. From the carpeted bathrooms to the non-working fireplace, it all had to go to make room for clean, bright colors, with a subtle coastal feel.
